Key Responsibilities -
1. Manages all inbound leads in CRM logs, qualifies and routes within 4 business hours
2. Manages renewal pipeline — tracks dates and initiates contact proactively
3. Prepares proposal documents, scope summaries, and client presentations
4. Maintains CRM data accuracy — all client interactions logged completely
5. Responds accurately to client service and pricing enquiries within SLA
6. Produces monthly lead and renewal pipeline reports
7. Supports Sales team with documentation, presentations, and event coordination (If required)
Notice Period - Immediate joiner to 30 days
1 to 3 years
