Position: Empanelled Trainers Department: Training and Development Location: Remote/On-site (as required) Engagement Type: Contractual/Empanelled
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our pool of Empanelled Trainers. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on the provisions, principles, and operational aspects of the learning program, both online and offline.
Assess Participant Learning: Evaluate participants through assignments, case studies, and practical exercises to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Provide Guidance: Support participants by answering queries, sharing real-world examples, and offering expert insights to enhance their understanding.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to organizational standards and maintain the confidentiality of training content and participant data.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry, working in domains of governance, risk & compliance such as but not limited to PCI, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, HIPAA, Security Testing, Regulatory Audits of RBI/SEBI and/or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of total experience in conducting professional trainings.
Relevant certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, ISO 27701, ISO 9001 LA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Skills:
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures to support thesales and business development.
Identify potential clients through prospecting, outbound calls, and other lead generationactivities.
Coordinate meetings, manage CRM data, prepare sales presentation and proposals forthe sales team.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calls, emails, and research.
Support the creation of lead lists and outreach strategies based on market analysis.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensure regular follow-ups & sales closures.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts based on client needs and teaminput.
Responsible for doing client meetings, giving product and service demos.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring all lead activities and client interactions arelogged.
Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound leads, responding to client queries andrequests for information.
Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and client-specific requirements.
Professional Skills:
Basic understanding of sales techniques & process from prospecting to closure, leadgeneration, and customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong organizational skills to manage sales tasks, client communication, anddocumentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and CRM systems.
Working in a similar industry would serve as a key benefit for this position.
Understanding of the target market and the ability to identify potential clients.
Competency in managing sales data and working with CRM tools to track progress.
Personal Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills for building initial client relationships.
Attention to detail in managing administrative tasks and preparing sales materials.
Initiative and self-motivation to identify opportunities and handle multiple tasks
Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend trade shows and industry events.
