We are seeking experienced professionals to join our pool of Empanelled Trainers. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on the provisions, principles, and operational aspects of the learning program, both online and offline.
  • Assess Participant Learning: Evaluate participants through assignments, case studies, and practical exercises to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Provide Guidance: Support participants by answering queries, sharing real-world examples, and offering expert insights to enhance their understanding.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to organizational standards and maintain the confidentiality of training content and participant data.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry, working in domains of governance, risk & compliance such as but not limited to PCI, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, HIPAA, Security Testing, Regulatory Audits of RBI/SEBI and/or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of total experience in conducting professional trainings.
  3. Relevant certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, ISO 27701, ISO 9001 LA, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
