Position Overview:
This profile is for Freshers to learn the technicality of QRC’s services and accordingly prepare proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
- Assist in managing sales data, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with clients for meeting schedules, proposals, and order processing.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Ensure timely and accurate input of sales data into CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
- Track and monitor sales metrics, including customer interactions, lead status, and sales results.
- Generate reports from CRM systems to provide sales performance insights to the team.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-up discussions.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for the sales team.
- Process sales orders and ensure all documentation is in place for smooth handover to fulfillment or delivery teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, responding to questions related to products, services, or sales processes.
- Ensure that customer requests are passed on to the appropriate sales representative and follow-up actions are tracked.
- Provide general administrative support for sales meetings, webinars, and events.
Professional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools.
- Good organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and managing schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools for document preparation.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client communication and team collaboration.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge/Competency Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, sales support functions, and CRM management.
- Competency in understanding sales performance metrics and tracking sales pipeline progress.
- Understanding of customer service principles and communication best practices.
