QRC Certifies Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia for PCI DSS

QRC Assurance and Solutions, Global PCI DSS Certification provider, certified Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia, Tbk or hereafter called shortly  Cashlez  with head office located in Slipi. Tanjung Duren Selatan Jakarta Indonesia.

Cashlez as a leader Mobile POS (mobile point of sale) system, has created the system of accepting payments by using cards, both credit and debit cards or application-based debit cards on smartphones connected by a card reader via Bluetooth. The technology and applications have a wide range of security risks associated with the use and the operation of the system. Understanding these needs, they reached out to QRC to undergo compliance as per the latest PCI DSS v3.2.1 standard.

The PCI DSS standard is a set of requirements designed to be followed by any organizations that stores, processes, and (or) transmit cardholder data and prevent frauds pertaining to payment card information, put forth by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC).

Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia,Tbk underwent the entire PCI DSS re-initial process under the QRC-QSA team headed by Mrs.Akshata Bhaskar  and Mr  Rukman Suriawarsita. The team conducted a thorough assessment of the Indonesian Mobile POS (mobile point of sale) system solution. Cashlez’s Top-Level Management Mr. Tee Teddy Setiawan (CEO), Mr. Tony SH (Project Manager) and Miss Nathania Oey from compliance, extended strong support and firmly coordinated with the team by providing all the necessary system access and information required to assess the solution.

QRC made sure that all the re-initial activities as per the PCI DSS requirement and scope of the environment are completed, covering all the gaps in the security posture of the solution. Post rigorous security testing and remediation, the team documented all the findings in the standard RoC and AoC report ensuring that all the necessary compliance requirements were met.
