Use of QRC products, services by our customers and QRC

A] The QRC Products and Services.

Our products and services including but not limited to PCI DSS Compliance Service, allows any company that uses it (our customers and QRC itself) to address their organization Quality, Risk and Compliance requirements.

The information listed below is handled by QRC throughout its business operations:

• Created, received or maintained by QRC employees in the course of carrying out their job responsibilities.
• shared by the customer with QRC during service provisioning
• Assessment Results and Related Materials (defined in the QSA Agreement), including but not limited to,
  • PCI SSC Assessment work papers and related materials,
  • Represent the evidence generated and/or gathered by QRC to support the contents of each ROC or assessment report, such as screen captures, configuration files, interview notes, and a variety of other materials and information (and typically will include all of the foregoing),

The information shared by our customers while benefiting from QRC services belongs to them and is used, disclosed and protected according to their privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. QRC processes our customers' information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our customers. Our agreements with our customers prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve the services offered, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law. Our customer's control and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating the information they have collected from their customers.
